arrival

I am me, but I'm a wife and mom too. Raised as a small town Okie girl, attending junior high and high school in the Middle East, and traveling around the world for work by the age of 21, my life is short of boring. I have always felt as though God has strange ways of letting us know we are one in a million. I owe so very much to my parents (all three of them) for showing me there are always two sides to life. We can choose to live a life of negativity and despair or we can make a conscious effort every day to wake up and tell ourselves "today will be a fantastic day!"

I'm easy-going, honest and always up for having a good time! I regret nothing, because at one time, it was exactly what I wanted and it's made me who I am today. Cherish those memories, good or bad, and let yourself grow from them. I do believe in love: Love is a feeling that chooses an unusual place to begin and can only grow from there. I try to always fill my day with love: loving my family, loving friends, loving the little things that make me happy, and loving those who I do not yet know.

I have found that I always have more to give, more to learn and more to discover. Life has taught me how to open my heart and have faith. I'm grateful for each day, the family I have, and the friends that make each day more exciting than the last.

Growing up in the Middle East, I had the opportunity to travel all around the world and see many amazing things. I plan on traveling more and more throughout my life because I LOVE and enjoy it!!! It has made me a more rounded person and more accepting of things that I do not always agree with, but know exist in our world.

I am a certified trauma sensitive, master yoga instructor. I lead a gospel centered approach to yoga through bible stories and the Holy Spirit with movement and stretching. It is my passion for you to find healing in your mind, body, and spirit through the love Jesus Christ offers you.

We recently relocated to Greeley, CO. I am married to an incredible man that I cannot wait to continue to share life and adventures with. So excited to see what our future holds (maybe a slice of the middle of nowhere). We have a nine year old daughter. Despite her age, she will never know the power of her existence in my life. She has been the reason for me waking up when all I wanted to do was sleep, my motivation when I did not see the point, my focus when I struggled to do day to day activities. Watching her grow and become the little girl she is, has truly been the biggest of blessings I could have ever dreamed possible. We have another daughter who is five. She has been a touch of Grace in our lives. She is always smiling and making everyone around her stop and smile too. Although she is young, she has a charm about her that is sure to prosper with age, she has so much spunk. To say they are my world is an understatement, but are my everything. Always thanking God for his plans for me.

Some of my passions: PHOTOGRAPHY, Vacationing/Traveling, MUSIC, singing, dancing, being SILLY, watching my daughters grow, her handmade "notes" to me, skiing, shopping, building things, renovating, bowling, long quiet walks, massages, the color green, the rain, sleeping/relaxing during a thunderstorm (because the thunder is scary, but the lightening is awesome),  hiking, the sound of the ocean, black & white pictures...
